By law, only a Gas Safe registered engineer may work on your boiler, gas appliances and flues. Every gas job we carry out is done by a Gas Safe registered engineer — the first thing to check before letting anyone touch your gas.
G3 Certified — Unvented Cylinders
Mains-pressure (unvented) hot water cylinders must be installed and serviced by a G3-certified engineer. We are certificated for unvented cylinder work, so your high-pressure hot water system is fitted safely and legally.

No hot water — a new boiler in by teatime
The problem — A hot water boiler had 'finally given up the ghost' and stopped working completely, leaving the household with no hot water and no easy way to get someone out immediately.
What MV did — MV were straight on the case — 'we better come round and sort this out.' Three of us, including the owner, turned up mid-morning, removed the old unit and installed a new boiler, working efficiently with minimum disruption, and with an apprentice being tutored on site along the way.
