Boiler Installation
We install boilers of every type — gas, electric, LPG, combination and conventional — for domestic, commercial and industrial settings. We help you choose the right boiler for the property, size it correctly, and fit it cleanly. Every new boiler installation comes with a 10-year manufacturer guarantee, and the whole job sits behind our fixed price guarantee.
Boiler Repairs
A boiler that keeps locking out, losing pressure or has stopped completely needs someone who finds the real fault. Our Gas Safe engineers carry common parts on board for emergency same-day call-outs, and replace failed components — pumps, PCBs, fans, valves, TRVs and expansion vessels — rather than simply resetting and hoping. One customer whose hot water had failed completely had it sorted the same day.
Boiler Servicing
A yearly service catches small problems before they become a winter breakdown, and keeps a boiler running safely and efficiently. We service every type — gas, electric, LPG, combination and conventional boilers, plus wall heaters and back boiler units — carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, quickly and tidily, at a time that suits you.
Central Heating & Radiators
New central-heating systems installed from scratch, existing systems upgraded, and radiators replaced throughout the home. One customer had every radiator in their house replaced — 'amazingly doing all of these in one day'. We balance the system so heat is even, and future-proof the pipework where it makes sense.
Heating Controls
The right controls turn a heating system into a comfortable, efficient one. We supply and set up Honeywell (including the Evohome per-radiator system), Danfoss mechanical and programmable controls, and the Google Nest Generation 3 learning thermostat — with Auto Schedule, Auto Away, OpenTherm modulation and hot-water control — configured and explained so you actually use them.
Bathroom Installations
We take bathrooms from first idea to final finish: showers (thermostatic mixer, electric and pump-boosted), baths, toilets (macerator available), ceramic, porcelain and natural-stone tiling, joinery, vanity units, underfloor heating mats, and electrical work through a qualified electrician. One client had their 'plumbing, heating and bathroom requirements' all sorted as part of a recent building project.
Electric Boilers
For properties without a gas supply, or where an electric system suits best, we supply and install electric boilers. All our engineers are fully certified for electric boiler work, so it's installed correctly, safely and to spec.
Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)
Landlords are legally required to have gas appliances checked every year. We carry out Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) in line with the 1998 Gas Safety Regulations, and offer full certification and maintenance agreements for landlords with one property or many across the district.
Unvented Hot Water Cylinders
An unvented, mains-pressure hot water cylinder gives strong, even pressure to showers and taps across the home. Our engineers are G3-certified to install them safely and to Building Regulations, and the cylinders we fit are compatible with solar and ground-source heating systems.
Power Flushing
Over time, sludge and debris build up inside a central-heating system, creating cold spots and making the boiler work harder. A power flush clears it out and we fit filter protection to keep it clean — with a 10-year product guarantee on the protective components installed.
Underfloor Heating
Underfloor heating gives comfortable, even warmth without radiators taking up wall space. We install both wet and electric underfloor heating, compatible with any flooring type, and set it up with wireless zone controls so each area can be managed on its own.
