No hot water — a new boiler in by teatime
The problem — A hot water boiler had 'finally given up the ghost' and stopped working completely, leaving the household with no hot water and no easy way to get someone out immediately.
What MV did — MV were straight on the case — 'we better come round and sort this out.' Three of us, including the owner, turned up mid-morning, removed the old unit and installed a new boiler, working efficiently with minimum disruption, and with an apprentice being tutored on site along the way.

Every radiator in the house — in a single day
The problem — A whole house needed its radiators replaced — the kind of job most households expect to lose a week to, with rooms out of action and mess throughout.
What MV did — Matthew and Vijay planned the work so the full set could be swapped in one visit, draining down, replacing each radiator and rebalancing the system, then leaving the home warm and tidy the same day.

Plumbing, heating and bathroom for a building project
The problem — A recent building project needed plumbing, heating and a full bathroom co-ordinated together — the sort of work that goes wrong when it's split across several trades who don't talk to each other.
