No hot water at breakfast, a new boiler by teatime
The problem — A customer's hot water boiler had failed completely, leaving the household with no hot water at all — and it wasn't easy to get anyone out at short notice.
What MV did — MV were straight on it: 'we'd better come round and sort this out.' Mid-morning, three of the team turned up including the owner, and by teatime a new boiler was fitted and working — efficiently, with minimum disruption and at a great price, all while the owner patiently tutored an apprentice on site.

Every radiator in the house — replaced in a day
The problem — A homeowner needed every radiator in their house replaced, and understandably didn't want the disruption stretched out over days.
What MV did — Matthew and Vijay planned it so the whole set could be swapped in a single day — draining down, replacing each radiator and valve, balancing the system and getting the heating back on, all in one visit.

The problem — A client's recent building work needed the plumbing, heating and a new bathroom all pulled together — the kind of multi-trade job that's easy to get disjointed.
