Q.Are you Gas Safe registered?

Yes. Every gas job — boiler installations, repairs, servicing and Landlord Gas Safety Certificates — is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, which by law is required for any work on your boiler, gas appliances or flues. We're also G3 certified for unvented hot water cylinders.

Q.Will one of the owners actually do the work?

Yes — Matthew and Vijay attend jobs themselves rather than handing them to a stranger. Reviewers describe the owner turning up in person, sorting the problem the same day, and even patiently tutoring an apprentice on site. It's a big part of why the standard stays so consistent.

Q.How much will it cost — and could the price change?

We give you a fixed price guarantee: the figure agreed before work starts is the figure you pay, with no vague hourly running total and no surprises on the final bill. Quotes and the on-site visit to prepare them are free, and we're flexible on how bigger jobs are paid for.

Q.Can you come out same-day for an emergency?

Yes. Our Gas Safe engineers carry common parts on board for same-day call-outs, and there's a dedicated emergency line on 01423 572150. One customer whose hot water had failed completely had a new boiler fitted and working by teatime the same day.

Q.Do you provide Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)?

Yes. We carry out annual Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) in line with the 1998 Gas Safety Regulations, and offer full certification and maintenance agreements for landlords with one or more properties across the district.

Q.What guarantees come with the work?

New boiler installations carry a 10-year manufacturer guarantee, and our power flushing comes with a 10-year product guarantee on the protective components fitted. All of it sits behind our fixed price guarantee, and the business is fully insured.

Q.Which areas do you cover?

Q.What are your opening hours?

We're open Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday 8am–12pm, closed Sundays. Outside those hours there's an emergency line on 01423 572150 for genuine emergencies like a total loss of heat or hot water.
